| VanSusteren: Juries can decide death penalty but not civil damages? |
|
She asks Guliani
Why is it ok for juries to decide to put someone to death, but not to decide how much insurance money to compensate them with?
EXCELLENT question.

First he said, oh how funny what an emotional issue
But she pegged him on it again
And he said, well the whole system is broken and people want reform
In other words, he did not answer her question.

| 6. Bush's Pa speech this morning attacked Edwards as trial atty |
|
So, it's ok for juries to put someone to death, but not to determine monetary damages?
Bush should CERTAINLY know about putting people to death, given his TX record.
