I am so sick of people who practice hate, racism, and bigotry in the name of Jesus. If I hear one more son of a bitch say that Obama is a terrorist or a Muslim, or say that gays are going to hell, I am going to drive a crucifix through their breastbone and into their heart, and then hopefully the crucifix will make their body start smoking and then burst into flames like some shit from Indiana Jones or something.

I am also sick of people using religion as a pedestal to condemn others. Insecure, small men and women do this kind of stuff all the time. And there are a lot of them down here. I feel like I live in a state where developmentally half of the people are stuck in an 8th grade recess mentality.

Religion and spirituality is supposed to help you develop self-confidence, tolerance, and independence. It's not supposed to make you hateful, racist and bigoted. These people have it all wrong. There's nothing romantic or dignified about Southern religious culture. It is a steaming cesspool of anti-intellectual propaganda and filth, and berating others that are not like you to prop-up your empty shell of self. These people are honestly the biggest dumbfucks I have ever met, bar none.
