Guess which speech is missing?

The Replicant National Convention released audio exerpts of 19 speeches from their Puke-O-Rama to Apple for inclusion into its iTunes site.

Since it's early, I didn't expect last night's festivities to be posted yet (they're not), and I think that they will be after a short while.

But, I noticed a funny thing: Out of all the speeches posted, I noted that a certain key speaker was missing. Ummm... Who could that be?

Certainly, the Republicans can't be engaging in a cover-up? That would be so unlike them.

Take a guess as to which flip-flopper has been told to talk to the hand.

I'm looking on the page on iTunes, and neither Cheney's nor Bush's speeches are there, either, so they may just not be posted yet.
