Yard Sign: add argument to it{6 are here}:bumpersticker too

Give people a REASON to vote for kerry. Just his name, does nothing to sway others.

If you are doing the printing, add a brief argument. If you already have the dumb name-only type of sign, add an argument with waterproof crayon or felt pen. Some felts are for laundry marking, waterproof.

Also, add an argument to bumperstickers.

Petgoat bush froze in fear on 9/11.

bush gives tax breaks for outsourcing.

your job CAN be sent to the slums of India.

bush lost a million jobs.

wages lower than when Reaganomics began. {adjusted for inflation}.

bush will draft the young.

On the yard sign, omit the http://www. because that takes space, and they know about that, and all they have to remember are the words i put above.
---You might have to get white posterboard and add a strip of it at the bottom of the sign, to have space to scrawl your argument. Scrawls get read more than print anyhow, i think.

Name-only signs are REALLY STUPID. Just a stupid fad, like expensive shoes, that will fade away in time. Every field has stupid fads, including politics.

no matter what you put on them. I think they serve more to rally the base and show your support, rather than winning over swing voters.

I think yard signs work fine without an argument; the rational mind that reacts to arguments is not the target here.
