wonder if he will feel anything at all over these hate driven rallies.

1. I'm not sure that Joe "feels" at all anymore...
...all kidding aside, Joe has sold his soul to whatever entity controls his life. We can speculate as to what that entity is, but we all know he's bought, and has no independent thought.
