| The Time Poll will Help us Out |
|
Kerry has had bad press coverage for an entire week. Why? I think it was the expectations game. People were already talking about this election being 1980 before the RNC even started.
If the Time poll has Bush up 11 points, and the next poll has a dead heat, people will be talking about Bush's downfall and blaming it on the convention.
Just watch.

| 2. True in one way, but not in all ways |

Some people approach voting as if it were betting. They'll vote for the guy they think is winning. Its as if theie ego needs to be associated with a winner, not that they want to promote an agenda that favors their social or economic position in life.
So, realistically, the person that is ahead in the last week of polling often picks up the suport of the last minute political handicappers.
