Has anyone POSITIVELY identified the young GOP Protester Kicker

This kid needs to be brought to justice. Where is the protestor? has anyone heard from her? Someone out there has got to know one of these people...and don't respond with the Dr. Laura stuff please :)

5. pretty sure the name released last week was incorrect

and it's important b/c I'm sure the young woman was arrested, I don't see why he shouldn't be arrested on assault charges for his participation in this. It was caught on camera, yet aparently this kid is still free to walk the streets. It's baffling!

8. She needs to press charges herself

Once she does that, the DA can subpoena WABC and get the waiver the punk signed to be interviewed on air (not that he did anything but give a Bush 9/11 performance, staring slackjawed at the interviewer).

My best guess is that he'll turn out to be a result of western inbreeding, Utah or Idaho variety.
