What Is (or should be) Kerry's Position on Russia/Chechnya?

Who does he, if anyone knows, support in that conflict, and what do you think he should say about it, if asked?

I have no idea and I've never heard him comment on it. But I'd like to know what you guys think.

Its kinda dicey, normally I'd say, come out in support of the independence, but its kinda hard to do that after an attack like this.

What would you say if you were Kerry?
