They weigh all their polls, all organizations do this, based on voter registration or maybe trends etc. I am not sure what their methodology is on this, but it's probably conservative (not politically conservative, just conservative as in somewhat cautious). Different pollsters have different methodologies for this. I think they may be a little heavy on the undecideds, but we'll see.
