18. Actually, Pennsylvania just had a court ruling on being able to wear "gear" while voting.

As I understand the ruling, they've left it up to the counties to decide whether people can or can't wear buttons, pins, shirts, etc. into the polling place when they vote (greeters/pollwatchers still must cover up).

The Commonwealth Court refused to issue an order requested from the State Republican Party to ban voters from wearing political clothing and buttons when they vote. However, the court did not specifically say that the stuff can be worn. It is up to each county.

Under pressure from the public and State officials, most counties have said they will not use a ban. The only one I read that is still enforcing a policy in PA is Monroe County.
