Poor thing; ya can't kill peasants for sport anymore, so he has to settle for the next best thing.
He was really caught this time, and it needs to be replayed over and over; it's obvious what he's saying: if we elect Kerry, it may very well trigger a terrorist event. Vote for me or die.
