Wasn't he Bush's longtime friend and fellow Guardsman who also coincidentally got suspended from flying at about the same time for the same reason? (failure to appear for medical exam) His records might also prove interesting, in the event they shed more light on the reason why Bush got suspended and why he had to leave Texas. I have a feeling we're just barely scratching the surface here.
