Kerry wins the popular vote but the electoral vote is the same as last time..I know it was a sham but it could happen again with these thugs...
so would Kerry fight harder than Gore did? we know what happened last time...would he go quietly into hibernation? I can't believe Gore didn't fight...he won the popular vote...would kerry fight?

Did Bush get the electorial vote fair, or are there recounts that are being stopped & who stopped them. How close was the vote? So many variables to the question you asked.

I really believe had they had a complete recount Gore would of had Florida but given that under the same exact circumstances...and the same issues..would Kerry concede..or would he wait it out? and demand the whole thing? I think we all learned the mistakes that were made in 2000...so I am hoping with that knowledge we can demand more this time...>?? probably a stupid question..I think Gore gave in..I think he had the right to have a full recount because he had the popular vote...I still get so outraged thinking about how our President is sitting on the sidelines while this clown is in "charge"

| 4. In Gore's defense, he did what he thought was right for America. |

Hind sight is 20/20.
With what we know now under the same circumstances, I would hope Kerry would fight like a Bull Dog! I would be right there with him also!

| 2. It's not whether he would fight but whether he would fight well |

Gore's biggest failure was in requesting a selective recount. If he had immediately asked for a complete state recount George Bush would just be an evil footnote in Texas history.
Other elements were stacked against him, including the judiciary disallowing further recount because it would cause "irreparable harm" to the republican candidate in a decision specifically categorized as unusable for precedent, the utterly corrupt katherine harris, and the news networks not doing their jobs.
If those factors were to happen again, just as if somebody stood up with a box cutter on an airplane today, I pity the fool.
We aren't going to get hijacked again.
