| How was Gore doing in the polls at this point in 2000? |
|
Was he not down by 10 plus in some polls at this point in the race? Anyone have a site that would allow me to look at the week by week polls from 2000?

| 1. Gore had a good September |
|
The corporate media counterattack put him down about 5 points for most of October. September was perhaps Gore's best month of the campaign.

He was leading in most polls after the Democratic convention. CBS said today that he was leading in their poll by four points at this point.
But he began to fall behind as the debates unfolded and the media made it appear that W won by just showing up and not soiling himself.

The public is so much more electrified that 2000 that I think that all polls all predictors and sign on ouiji board can not be used to predict this elecion. If what one hears on the street, (not the media) this thing could go big.
