Same reason Wrong Way won't sign it. Both sides have released "all the records they could find" (that's a snipe at Wrong Way), with the big difference being that all of the records were there for Kerry's side, but Wrong Way's kept being "misplaced/destroyed."

Tell your friendly freeper that both men were honorably discharged, the Navy awarded medals as it saw fit, and if he thinks the country is in good hands, vote for Wrong Way. (You may want to mention the missing Osama, 95% of the containers still not being inspected, and the shabby way the military folks have been treated, but as long as its not really affecting his life, he probably won't care.) He's got my vote, but dammit, he needs to start getting in Bush's face. You want to know how to win over the swing voters? You show some personality and some backbone.

This guy served honorably in Vietnam, risked his life, got shot, and received numerous medals for it. His opponent was playing aruound in the National Guard, and can't even prove he completed his duty there. Not to mention most of the people in his cabinet also skipped out on military duty alltogether. Plus, all these bozos like Hannity, Limbaugh, & O'Reilly weren't in the military, even though they all were at the right age during times of conflict. Yet Kerry just sits back and lets them smear his name over and over and over. How can someone whose military record is shaky at best possibly be attacking the credibility of a man who was injured and honored for his service during Vietnam?

Kerry needs to step up and call these pussies out. He needs to show some life, and start attacking the Bush Administration and all its cronies. Let's face it, we live in a country where people love reality TV and Jerry Springer and all that kind of crap. If it's not exciting, people aren't going to be interested. Why do you think Clinton got elected? It was because he was exciting, and charismatic, and got in people's faces. Nobody cared that he was a pot smoker and an adulterer. Kerry needs to step it up and challenge these fools, and he needs to do it now!
