Is Bush a Good Leader?? Well, from what I see, he let the "Rats" in to do

their dirty work on 9/11. Bush had a chance to implement "Prevent Rats from coming into America" and he muffed it.

Why is no one else seeing the Obvious... He did zero to upgrade our security system despite many warnings...and yet, No one is calling him on it... Why? He had 8 months and did zero toward warding off terrorist rats.

Thats makes him one poor leader if you ask me...
