which I'm sure it has but I really don't have time to scan the board. What's the deal with NC? Is 12,000 votes within a recount margin? Why hasn't NC been called?

| 1. LOL - they are counting provisional ballots |
|
some 40,000 of them. The BOE head expects a slightly larger win margin for Obama.
Check wral.com for up to date info.

I feel dumb. I totally forgot about provisional ballots. I just saw 100% precincts and was confused. It's been a long 2 days (or 8 years).

She just wasn't cutting anymore and people genuinely like Hagan, so I'm not surprised. Bev Purdue was close as expected and I know a few conservatives that didn't like Pat either. (I'm actually surprised that Bev took it)
