| CNN is going all out for Bush - Nuclear Terror Special? |
|
Am I the only one getting sick of CNN this fall?
I'm sitting here and watching their trailer for an upcoming 1 hour special on Nuclear Terrorism. Nuclear Terrorism? Two months before the election they decide to run this B.S.? First of all, there has never been a nuclear terrorist event, and there is no intelligence indicating they have access to such weapons. This is pure partisan politics. Polling has shown that people who are afraid of terrorism effecting them are more likely to vote for Bush. Those who are less afraid are more likely to vote for Kerry.
Go CNN!
As I typed this in, I got to watch the Swiftboat Vets for Truth attack ad, airing on CNN. They can run that unsubstantiated garbage that's been refuted by all written evidence available, but they criticize CBS because they run newly released records on Bush's TANG service?
It's time for a boycott of CNN I'm thinking.

On the same day they were reporting that their poll shows Bush gets better ratings on terrorism, they promote the hell out of "nuclear terrorism." I wish Ted Turner had kept CNN. How I wish that.

OMG they are at it again!
The next segment on now is titled Russia's 9-11.
They're doing a heart strings story of all the dead children, with the title stuck at the bottom of the screen.
Now they are equating the Chechnean seperatist movement with 9-11 terrorism!
"What September 11th is to Americans, September 3rd is to the Russians" says the commentator, in a sad slow voice.
This is disgusting.
Why don't they report on how Putin drove out the Democratically elected president of Chechnia? Why don't they comment on how Putin labeled him a terrorist the other day and called for his death, even though he and his supporters have disavowed terrorism and denounced it in the strongest terms.

CNN for ages now. I only tune in when I know that someone I want to see is going to be on, and then only, only, only as a last resort.:)
You'll drive yourself nuts watching that crap.

| 12. Maybe CNN can explain then |

why bush is the #1 failure on nuclear issues.
Like why all our nuclear plants are sitting ducks, especially after bush allowed the fox to guard the henhouses by his reducing the inspections requirements and allowing the corporations to police themselves?
Like why bush is making nuclear proliferation more likely?
Like why bushCartel outed a NOC that was working on preventing nuclear proliferation?
Like why bush did nothing about Pakistan selling nuke components to North Korea and Iran?
Like why bush has virtually scrapped the longstanding U.S. policy of nuclear disarmament?
Like why bush pulled the USA out of the ABM treaty?
Like why bush threatens the world to use nukes in his "doctrine", which gives super-added incentive for other nations to get nukes?
Maybe CNN would address all such items.
And maybe pigs would fly.
