Thank you for having the courage to stand by your convictions. I am referring specifically to the baseless charges that CBS aired forged documents. These charges are the result of an Internet hoax started on the partisan site freerepublic.com and forwarded to Matt Drudge, who fed these rumors to the mainstream media.

It's appalling that the other networks can be so easily duped, but that's all the more reason for Dan Rather and CBS to stand tall. Once the other news networks realize they've been duped, and start to backpedal, you will be the only ones with any proven credibility.
