The 9/11 Bunker speech...where is it?

On 9/11, sometime in the afternoon, GWB gave a "speech" from a bunker in Nebraska..he looked scared sh*less and could not have been less inspirational. I remember watching this at work, and we all looked at each other afterward with this kind of WTF was that all about feeling.
I have not seen that "bunker speech again...I think this would be effective as a campaign effort, showing GWB cowering in a bunker while most of us who weren't in NY were trying to continue with our days and assimilate this horror. Just a thought. MKJ
