It is not reals smart for a pundit of Mr. Novak's ilk to make such a gaff. A smart prosecutor may just shove this the next time there is a discussion of treason as in a grand jury. Who knows this may even show up in civil libel proceeding.


It is OK to reveal those sources sometimes? I have a feeling CBS is just waiting to reveal sources to boost ratings. That is probably the biggest story. With Mr. Novak CNN may even be in for a cut if they do not have to fork out too much in lawyers fees to protect him from the head hunters
