6. Where are the commercials...

... this issue needs DRAMATIZATION not a mention! We need to tell the lethargic public WHY this is imperative... hiw they will be effected.

A mention in a speech or two is NOT what I am talking about.

How about this for a commercial theme:
If the name Chief Justice Clarence Thomas sounds frightening... do something about it on November 2. If the Thought of Antony Scalia putting a webcam in your bedroom is unthinkable, better get off your BUTT!

2. Kerry actually mentioned the Supreme Court twice in his speech tonight

at the Congressional Black Caucus.

He needs to mention that in every speech

3. Shuck, I've been saying this over and over

I've e-mailed JohnKerry.Com and sent them this suggestion. He did mention this very forcefully tonight at the Black Congressional Caucaus, but it's just not enough. It has to be pounded away at everyday. People just aren't aware of it.

The Supreme Court issue has always been the most important issue to me since I started voting in 1972. If we lose the court, I feel like I'll have nothing left to fight for.

4. With a number of Southern Senate races

it is even more important. If we lose more ground in the Senate we will have a harder time blocking Neanderthal Nominees.

I hope he does more of it too. I agree it is THE issue of this election.
