| NK tests nukes on 9/9, mediawhores report on 9/11. WTF??? |
|
If NK tested a nuke two days ago, why the fuck did it take the media two days, PRECISELY TWO DAYS (insert 9/11 theory here) to report it?

everybody is remembering 9\11 and nobody is paying attention, so beyond you and me and other DUers nobody has noticed
FYY I posted the story already TWICE on AOL only to be ignored in the ocean of AWOL stories... seems to me the AWOL and fake papers story is being used to keep the real story (NK Tests Nuke), out of the papers... woudl be bad for bush

Everything is 9/11, remember, re-live the horror, etc. Sure, it's worthy of remembering, but c'mon, people....there's a WORLD OUT THERE!
NOTHING on Indonesia NOTHING on Sudan NOTHING on N Korea
Do we ONLY THINK OF OURSELVES??????????????? :grr: :grr: :argh:

Sure there are other things going on but this was a monumental day in our nation's history and we owe it to the victims of 9/11 to remember it and it takes precedence over any news of the day. I'm sure we will see the news again tomorrow, but today is a solemn day.

It's just that I don't remember last year being as full of remembrances. The 1-yr. anniversary WAS big. Then last year, more of an acknowledgement. Sorry, I'm just so suspicious of media and politicians.
I did not mean to denegrate the victims...I just meant to point out that there are LOTS of victims all over this world. And our myopic view is a part of our overall problem.

the U.S. knows. I can assure you. There is a massive system in place for collecting seismic information regarding nuclear testing, and the characteristics of a nuclear blast would be definitive.
Whether they would or could keep it secret, I don't know. I doubt they could if even if they tried. I'm sure there is sufficient public seismic data (at all kinds of places such as universities) that would also have a recognizable record of a nuclear explosion, from which the exact time and location can be calculated.
