Help with flyer idea please

The heading "If John Kerry's leadership is good enough for George Bush, then it should be good enough for us too" (or somesuch)

I want to list all the ideas Kerry's had first this election season that Bush has quickly stolen so that he can claim "no difference."

Without documentation, I can think of the grant for port security I read about in passing, and the increase in veteran benefits for this year (only to be pulled out again when no one's looking, like in the next budget perhaps.) Can anyone help me find examples of this phenomenon?
