| Been out of town three days, and the good news in the real world is the President is hitting it out |
|
of the ballpark with the Democrats and Independents of Iowa, and some Republicans.
I mean right out of the ballpark!! The enthusiasm is contagious. The fact that after having to hide our chief executive away when overseas, because of the demonstrations for eight years, this is a breath of fresh air.
Can you imagine Bush trying to give a town hall in another country? But Obama is reaching out to their populace, as he did with ours instead of just everything being behind closed doors of the power brokers.
He really is reestablishing our credibility!
And the voters on the ground locally are responding to his ability to communicate and bring back the allies Bush and Company threw away in the Old Europe campaign

| 3. I knew we as activists got it, but I was plesantly surprised talking |

with our voters who are not as engaged on a day to day basis. The thing that I did not realize had really stuck with people, was the process the Bushites used to diminish our European allies, with the Old Europe campaign.. People remember that and were not happy with it.

|
whole bunch.
These new folks are much-needed refreshment and elevation.
I love 'em.

| 2. ITA. Even Peggy Noonan said on Moanin' Joe that she feels relieved |
|
that it is Obama speaking and not Dumbya any more. She said she and most Americans are tired of the Bush gaffes. Then the others around the table agreed with her and even talked about 41 and the other recent presidents.
I am so pleased that Europe is enamored with Barack and Michelle. It creates alot of goodwill for us abroad.

The Bushites, never understood that foreign leaders of democracies were accountable first to their constituents.
