I'm only going by what Obama just said, but isn't there at least one factual problem with the "Churchill-didn't-waterboard-Nazis" story? The Germans were signatories to the Geneva Convention, al Qaeda isn't. That doesn't mean the moral of Obama's story is invalid, but the comparison isn't exactly apples-to-apples either.
