Look at the events in my state if you want to get a foretaste of what is going to happen to them nationally.

John Kerry is a respected Senator. He has not strong-armed, bribed, delayed votes, etc. which are tactics that mark the current mis-administration. I betcha he has more than a Few friends to watch his backside.

it is already happening party feuds. they seem like they are having more and more difficulty speaking, like the exploitation of 911 has run its course and the group thought has lost its center. lot of stuttering and obvious confusion. it would be laughable if it weren't so diabolical.

| 8. They are not going to implode... |

Sometimes, ebing around a very Dem Friendly crowd like this tends to skew our perspective. In reality, this election is still a toss-up, and current polling indicates that the GOP may actually add one seat to their Senate margin, depending on how things go in Louisiana in December.
Not trying to rain on the parade, but I'd like to see us win on November 2 before we break our arms patting oursleves on the backs.

unite with fury after Kerry is elected. Along with hate radio, the religious Reich, the neocons, the moderates (if there are any reThug moderates), and anti-choice crowd, Faux news - all united to discredit Kerry and his administration, with manufactured scandals etc. Nothing works like a common enemy as far as unity goes.
They will implode if they win, with all the different factions scrambling to get their agenda (war, union busting, outlawing abortion, establishing a theocracy, media consolidation) to the top of the list in the last four years. IMHO
