1. About 10,000 people. Huge.

But I came out to find my car keyed. Bummer...it's only a year old.

3. I just got back...

...the entire "lower bowl", including the floor of the TD Waterhouse Center was filled. The home of the Magic holds about 16,000 so I would guess between 8 and 10 thousand easily. Edwards and Kerry took the "stage in the round" together, with the future VP speaking first. He did a great job of building excitement in the crowd before handing off to a hoarse John Kerry. The future President brought the house down when he read what he called a quote from W*'s speech at the UN today...read two words, a protracted "Uh,"and then a long pause...you had to be there.
