his message to women - he turns and twists himself around like a King Cobra and then, when he delivers his moronic punchline, he spins his head off to the left or right with a simpleton grin which is meant to "soften" the impact of his message.
Many retro-type women do this when they don't want to appear to be too harsh in their statements - they will smile or laugh at the end of their comments in order to say "I didn't REALLY mean that..."
