Kerry was his best today

i haven't checked in all day, i'm sure there's been some talk here on it, but i just have to say that kerry was absolutely brilliant today at his press conference. i've never seen him any better: confidant, articulate (yet not senatorial), steady and tough. some of the rightwinger reporters were trying to throw him off with questions about the iraq war and he just turned it back in their faces. i mean, i know he's good, but i didn't know he was THAT good. it was just amazing to watch.

and what about that lockhart?!? LOVE him! good lord, they should've hired him months ago. i think he's gonna be one of the reasons kerry wins in november.

so that's it, just a post to say kerry really knocked it out of the park today. if it's any indication of his performance in the debates, we're all in for a real treat.

he had more than 5 million viewers that night, too. beat out jay leno, which is rare for cbs.

think Kerry went over very well, thought he kinda fell flat.
He has been pretty pessimistic lately. (not to worry, he's smart enough to vote left!) but I have to keep telling him not to let himself get down...debates are still to come, and the Chimp sounds dumber and dumber each day; Kerry sounds better and better and more on-message, on-target each time I hear him.
