Both are known for their butchering of english language.

One is the son of a former president

The other was the lap dog of this same former president.

Whose bulb is brighter? George W. Bush or J. Danforth Quayle?

And Gerald Ford looks like Bertrand Russell.

It's so bad today that I'd say Bush is no worse than average. Think a bout it... he is, almost by definition, smarter than his supporters.
