US Army Captain Compares Obama To Hiter, Pol Pot, Mao And More

In a new filing after having a previous petition rejected by a federal court in Texas, Capt. Connie Rhodes M.D. has filed yet another lawsuit, this time in Georgia, protesting her deployment under the present Commander in Chief.

In a previous suit before the same judge, Major Stefan Cook attempted the same strategy, but his orders were revoked since he is inactive ready reserve and had requested deployment for the purpose of filing the suit. Additionally, since he had claimed conscientious objector status (under a novel species of CO), his security clearance was revoked and he consequently lost his civilian job with a DoD contractor.

Captain Rhodes filing is here:

http://www.scribd.com/doc/19425272/RHODES-v-McDONALD-1-COMPLAINT-filed-by-Connie-Rhodes-against-all-defendants

Among a number of, um, interesting allegations, Captain Rhodes alleges the following at paragraph 28:

28. This Court should intervene now to grant both temporary and permanent injunctive relief and declaratory judgment because the United States Code and Army afford her no relief, aside from reliance upon her oath, which she now asserts---to defend her against the monstrosity of being compelled to wage war under an illegal dictator compared by many and actually comparable to Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Mao Tse-Tung, Idi Amin, and Francois and Jean-Claude Duvalier, especially when this leader has repeatedly expressed his admiration for Fidel Castro Ruz and other communist leaders. The recitation of these names of historical infamy, except for that of Cuba‘s 50 year dictator Fidel Castro Ruz, for whom the current de facto President has professed admiration, does not necessarily reflect directly on the philosophy of the current de facto Presidential Administration or on Plaintiff‘s opinion of the individual current occupying the position of Commander-in-Chief of the United States Armed Forces.

I'm sure there is something about "comtemptuous language" in the UCMJ.

CPT Rhodes, by the way, is not only situated differently from Maj. Kook, but this is our return on investment for paying for her medical education.

17. It SHOULD be UCMJ Courts Martial: Conduct Unbecoming an Officer
http://usmilitary.about.com/od/punitivearticles/a/mcm133.htm

Nature of offense. Conduct violative of this article is action or behavior in an official capacity which, in dishonoring or disgracing the person as an officer, seriously compromises the officer’s character as a gentleman, or action or behavior in an unofficial or private capacity which, in dishonoring or disgracing the officer personally, seriously compromises the person’s standing as an officer. There are certain moral attributes common to the ideal officer and the perfect gentleman, a lack of which is indicated by acts of dishonesty, unfair dealing, indecency, indecorum, lawlessness, injustice, or cruelty. Not everyone is or can be expected to meet unrealistically high moral standards, but there is a limit of tolerance based on customs of the service and military necessity below which the personal standards of an officer, cadet, or midshipman cannot fall without seriously compromising the person’s standing as an officer, cadet, or midshipman or the person’s character as a gentleman.

Rhodes is attacking the foundation of our democracy -- a lawfully elected President. Maybe she is just too chickenshit to go to war and is using this as an excuse. I can't figure these people out -- they're supposed to be smart (medical school, dentist, "lawyer") -- but yet they fall for this easily disproven bullshit. They have science backgrounds so they should know how to look at evidence and make a logical conclusion.

Oh yeah... the same idiots who are spreading rumors that Obama will be talking to kids about stem cell research and sex education.

47. re:
In the past 15 months she has already been disciplined by the Army for various things.

April 2008 she forged another doctors signature on her own medical profile to get out of having to take a PT test.
She got busted for it but in the end was only going to receive an Article 15 for it.

Fall 2008 she helped create a fake military document (on official military letterhead with Dept of Defense emblem on it) and mailed it to a man she was having an affair with to convince his wife the man needed to fly to Ft. Gordon for a military hearing. He really was going to spend a week with Rhodes. Ultimately he stayed and never returned to his wife. At that point Rhodes also abandoned her husband and stepdaughter whom she had already sent to Kansas to begin school. She moved to KS 3 months later with the "other man". Her husband and stepdaughter, a year later, still have not been able to get their personal belongings from her and only have a couple suitcases of clothing they orginally brought with them. Its been over a year and she has provided no support, yet still has them listed as dependents. She tricked the husband into getting her name off credit cards 2 weeks before leaving him, on the premise it would more easily allow her to finance the family a home in KS. After that, she had his cell phone, car insurance, and home owners insurance cancelled. The husband worked FT to support the family while Rhodes went to med school. She was to support the family once she graduated and was employed, to allow him to go back to school. She got what she wanted out of it, and is fled her obligations to the family. Seems she is trying something similiar with the Army. She got her education, pay, etc....and now is trying to flee her obligation to fully serve.

The Army gave her a no contact order in Feb. 2009 regarding the "other man". She has been violating that order.

69. re:
This info comes directly from her husband. He said there are no online links. He has documents to prove most of it. He mentioned he is currently stuck paying her attorney bill from the "forged signature" incident because it was placed on his credit card. He has copies of emails the Captain and the "other man" passed back and forth working on the fraudulent military document. Also, most of this the Captain admitted to in sworn deposition as part of their on going divorce case. Example...she admitted to mailing the fake document to that guy, him flying to GA and staying with her, then coming to KS with her.

I told him he should make a website and upload all the documents. He seems concerned doing so at this point in time might negativly affect his divorce case.

64. My favorite line from the ruling
She has presented no credible evidence and has made no reliable factual allegations to support her unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture that President Obama is ineligible to serve as President of the United States. Instead, she uses her Complaint as a platform for spouting political rhetoric, such as her claims that the President is “an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, an unqualified imposter.” (Compl. ¶ 21.) She continues with bare, conclusory allegations that the President is “an alien, possibly even an unnaturalized or even an unadmitted illegal alien . . . without so much as lawful residency in the United States.” (Id. ¶ 26.) Then, implying that the President is either a wandering nomad or a prolific identity fraud crook, she alleges that the President “might have used as many as 149 addresses and 39 social security numbers prior to assuming the office of President.”
