Bush lied about Kerry's healthcare plan, saying it was a bureaucratic takeover of the system. But what I have heard of Kerry's response to that, I do not like. He seems too defensive, not offensive enough. Bush is SO blatantly deceitful on this that Kerry needs to just attack and ridicule Bush; use sarcasm and ridicule.

Kerry & Edwards need to lash out with ridicule and sarcasm. These attacks by Bush are SO egregiously false that they deserve it. And THAT KIND response, ridicule and sarcasm will get some media play, and it will RESONATE with the public.

24. It's fantastic...but he needs a rest!! I think Lawrence O'Donnell's

comments on Olbermann last night were spot on. I watched Kerry's speech and was afraid he was going to go to sleep standing up at times....not saying he was boring, I'm saying he looked like he was struggling at times to remember what he was saying. At one point, he started a sentence and I thought he skipped over something.

O'Donnell said it's obvious mental fatigue (he mentioned "gilding" and a couple of other departures from the script that weakened the message).

If Kerry is going to go ballistic on Bush, I hope he's mentally sharp, because I don't want him saying something that will either be inaccurate or over the top and become the object of derisive media hysteria....
