I honestly can't understand how anyone could be so stupid to vote for him at this point, after all we know now.

I knew 5 in 2000 - all are now for Kerry. Nader is a red herring they are throwing at us to excuse election theft.

Oddly enough, she voted for Kerry in the Primary and I voted for Dean.
I don't think she's thought it through, but I'm working on her.

so it is hard to tell. Vehement Naderites are not exactly popular among Dems, so I don't know if anecdotal reports are very revealing.

| 8. My Dad, a REPUBLICAN is voting for Nader... |
|
I've tried to convince him of Kerry, but he just won't do it. He hates the shrub, so he figures voting for Nader is a "none of the above" vote...

He's just josh'en with you. He won't vote Nader. Keep sharing the Kerry talking points. Sounds like he enjoys the engaged discussion.

and he's voting for Nader, then that's a vote for Kerry. I think that is how the logic usually goes.

Her words were - "Kerry is Republican-lite" and when I told her too much was at stake she said she "didn't care". Makes sense.

Last time around, I had to do some serious campaigning for Gore with my older son, who decided to vote for Nader. He came around an ended up supporting Gore.
This time he's volunteered for Kerry.
I do have one friend who is pretty disheartened but will push the button for Kerry. Says if Bush wins, this will be the last time he will ever vote.

for our "Bush Family Fortunes" showing last Sunday. I didn't know him, just met him in passing.
Actually wearing a Nader 2004 shirt.
In Dallas? I'm surprised he hasn't had the shit beaten out of him by both sides.
I didn't say anything to him because I knew I wouldn't be able to calmly.
