Parlock vs. Killian, the media's double standard.

AP releases a photo and many newspaper run the photo showing the tragic look a little girl and her father after some mean Kerry supporters tore up her proBush sign. Now, it appears that the photos were staged. Shouldn't there be an investigation? Shouldn't the major media issue apologies if they ran this story? Shouldn't AP launch there own investigation and, if necessary, issue an apology?

CBS releases memos (as one of several pieces of evidence) that show the Bush did not fulfill his National Guard duties. Now, some people are insisting the memos are forged and are calling for investigations and apologies. CBS is insisting that they have no definitive evidence that the memos are forged, and so far has not apologized.
