| Bush made first great blunder before he ever took office. |
|
When he made the decision to not let the votes be counted by the state of Florida and maneuvered the Supreme Court into appointing him as president was the beginning of the end. He intentionally divided this nation to satisfy his own egotistical and power hungry goals. And he made no effort to unite this nation after the little escapade of stealing an election. He stuck out his chest and pretended he had a mandate to change everything that our nation was doing right, in order to satisfy a radical right-wing agenda.
And many blunders later, from creating humongous insurmountable deficits to invading another country without provocation, he continues to divide this country with rigid partisanship and campaign propaganda. As November approaches, our nation has not been this divided in a long time, arguably moreso than the Vietnam era. George W Bush can legitmately be called the "Great Divider". And until we can cross that Great Divide, our nation is in for more tumultous times ahead.

| 4. He's not out of power yet. It's a little too early to call them blunders. |
|
If we are able to get him out, then what you say will be absolutely true. That is, if he and his Bushists haven't mortally wounded American democracy in the process of grabbing power for their unpopular agenda. This election will show how damaged the democracy really is.
