Bucking the recent CBS poll, Time has come out with a survey (Sep 21-23) that shows real problems for Bush. Sure, he leads 47-43-6 in a three-way RV matchup (you know your poll has problems when Nader is at six), but Republicans lead in registered voter Party ID 36% Republican, 30% Democrat, and 24% Independent."

He goes on to say that party ID among registered voters showed a seven point repub ID gain since the last Time poll--and Bush still losing eight points relative to Kerry. He figures Kerry would be ahead by four in re-weighted poll.
