The Bush regime and the SBV team have tried, with only some success, to challenge Kerry on his Vietnam War record. They keep after this, like it's one of the major items in their nasty and negative campaign.
Then, when Democrats try to bring up the idiot's ond TANG records, or remind people he's had a DUI and cocaine habit, the pukes say "it happened 30 years ago, so it's not significant."
So which is it, folks? Is what happened 30 years ago significant or not? If it's not important, why criticize Kerry? If it is important, how come Dems can't mention all the shit that the idiot did 30 years ago?
I only wish people in the "real world" would pay more attention, and learn the facts. If they did, this would be a major victory for us all.

... the right. You see, their thinking is by definition illogical, so it's dirty pool to apply logic to what they say. Or something. :P

| 2. It's still a good thing to point out in conversation with a * supporter-- |

If you find yourself in one. "What's good for the goose is good for the gander" resonates. Not with the press, apparently, but in real life. I've always felt it was a character issue.
