Kerry needs to create a sense of urgency...that Bush is really blowing it and that his plans are rapidly unraveling.

The price of gas here in the heart of PA Bush country has gone up 10 cents in one week and is begining to flirt with the 2 dollar a gallon mark.

Kerry needs to make note of this recent surge in prices...it will add to the sense that he is in touch with the daily hustle in America...and highlight BushCo. foreign policy/trace failures.
