Which was when he told the Congress, the American people and the world community that there were WMD in Iraq which were a threat to us. Then when he didn't find those WMD he changed his tune and said the war in Iraq was to "liberate the Iraqi people from that tyrant Saddam Hussein". He never used that argument in the days leading up to the war. That is one big flip flop in my book.

I seem to remember Bush actually DID change over to "liberating" the Iraqis before the war- but that makes little difference. And we don't have to say that, either.
