2. Strip by Berkely Breathed-

The penguin is Opus, the cat is Bill the Cat. He had a strip some years ago called Bloom County with these charactors and retired from the world of syndicated comics. I think he's been back about a year with Opus Returns.

I'll get them tomorrow. As my dear late friend, Bill (no not the cat) always said, "See you in the funny pages."
