Wasn't it '86 when Hunt was elected? I know that didn't involve third parties. But I just have a vague feeling of something similar happening that somehow will make Moore the winner. I don't think he can actually beat Riley in the primary. I just have a feeling that something weird is going to happen to benefit Moore. The stars always seem to align to defeat common sense in our state.
By the way, I have nothing personal against Guy Hunt, and I wish him well in his battle with cancer. But he's a bit of a doofus, and never should have been a governor of an American state.
Hey trof! :hi:

| 3. Tom Parker is the real threat |
|
Roy is just about dead in the water. Too many of the right-wingers that make up the Republican primary are happy with Riley. They don't know Drayton Nabers (the sitting cheif justice). That makes Tom Parker a tough man to beat.
I just hope that Dems don't abandon Lucy Baxley in the primary to go vote against Roy Moore. Lucy really stands a chance of being upset.
