The South Baldwin Democrats host their annual Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner and fund raiser on Sunday, April 29, 5 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge in Lillian (off Hwy. 98 near the bridge to Pensacola).
Cash bar and $30 per ticket for dinner.
Speaker will be J.D. Crowe, political cartoonist for the Mobile Register.
I've heard him speak and he's at least as funny in person as his cartoons are.
(I think he's 'one of us'.)
