A caller to Finebaum on Monday said Tim James is a member of the Klan

It was just a caller to a sports radio show, so it has to be taken with a large lump of salt. But given the main thrust of James' campaign, regarding "English first," and all that jazz, it seems plausible.

The caller said that he was a life-long member of the KKK until two years ago when he "saw the error of my ways." He said that he saw James at Klan meetings "with my own eyes."

Did anyone else hear this? It was sometime between five and six p.m., I think.

I'm not sure that this wouldn't actually help his campaign in the Republican primary.

Might've just been a prankster. Who knows.
