I guess he'll be in town for a fundraiser (hmmm...yet no emails from Jim's campaign, but that's beside the point) and he's coming to my work to observe and test fire some of the weapon systems we manufacture. I'm sure he'll be surrounded by the execs, but since he's here observing programs I work on, maybe I'll get a chance to meet him and get a photo.

I'm stoked!

3. Well, it didn't pan out.

His plane was late getting in and with all the winds, we had to cancel the demonstration. Launching rockets in winds this harsh is not a good idea. The execs kept him up in their area, so I didn't get to see him.

Oh well. Such is life.
