TEMPE, Ariz. -- A tree is making neighbors in a Tempe neighborhood a little uncomfortable, Phoenix television station KPHO reported.

"It's extremely inappropriate," neighbor Annette Willis said.

Actually, the tree itself is scattered in pieces throughout Adam Starr's backyard.

It's the 8-foot stump still standing that has captured everyone's attention.

is that not only do they blur it out, they then show it in the reflection of the pool. as if there is some difference between showing a giant wood depiction of a penis, and the reflection of a giant wood depiction of a penis. fucking prudes.
