| Cathedral City Democrats meet |
|
Today, there was a Flag Day picnic at CC civic center fountain. There was boothes from Desert Stonewall and Dems of the Desert, along with seperate bothes for the Ca DP and other charities. Mary Ann Andreas, one of 'Deans Dozen' had her booth. She is running for the 80th AD against the wicked Bonnie Garcia(inc). Mary Ann will be the first Am Indian elected to the Ca Assembly. Also, with a booth wasRichard Meyer, a businessman , who hopes a large Dem turnout, and new registrations in growing Moreno Valley, will be enough to retire Mary Bono 45th CD. Everyone was upbeat with the news of the diplomats being on the front page of the LA Times this Sunday morning. The Desert Sun , missed the story .

they seem to be concentrating on this unorganized area, Roz. It is growing like mad . That plus a few Kerry coat tails could give us a chance with 'Bonehead's retirement
