Must attend meeting for So Cal Residents - Mon 9/20/04

At its next meeting, the Patrick Henry Democratic Club will be handing out DVDs of various documentaries to encourage widespread distribution of the truth about Bush. The goal is to get as many Democrats as possible to have neighborhood showings.

The club regularly has progressive Congressional candidates as speakers and this month progressive Democratic Congressional candidate Cynthia Matthews, who is about to destroy David Dreier in the election, will be speaking. Also speaking will be Kathleen Calzada, a progressive who is running for assembly.

The club, which has members in four counties, is planning a strategy to defeat the Republicans in as many races as possible and to take back the White House. This is one club that is definitely worth checking out.

The September 20,2004 meeting will be at 7:30 P.M. at Hof's Hut at 17321 17th Street, Tustin, CA 92780. It's one block from the 55 freeway. It is suggested that people arrive at 7 for food and/or drinks though there is no minimum.
