Prop 69 provides for DNA to be taken from arrestees (not convicts). In New York, arrestees included 2000 people who protested Bush. In CA, strikers have been arrested for assault with a deadly weapon because someone walked into their sign while the strikers were just standing there. This prop will result in massive numbers bogus arrests where DNA is taken and then NO CHARGES are ever filed. Ashcroft wants this data base.
It will be later used to determine who is insurable.

Except for the gambling ones.
Won't the local political groups like Democrats and ACLU be the best to get the word out.
