I've been using this site since 2000, and nothing ever goes up until it's official.
OTOH, it's updated very frequently.

I can remember watching the propositions four years ago. Some of them neck and neck. It's nerve wracking. I just had a friend call me. She's stuck at work. Wanted to know what was happening with prop. 8. I told her to call me back on her way home after 8. Hopefully, I'll have some news then.
